What does in-home delivery include for the Polar Plunge?
+Premium In-home delivery for the Plunge All-In includes delivery to your preferred location on the first level of your home, unpacking of the unit, and removal of packaging materials. It does not include setup or connection to power.
How quick and easy is the All-In setup process?
+The All-In requires very little setup. Our delivery team will place the tub in your desired location, so all you need to do is fill it with water and plug it in. It's truly a "Polar Plunge" experience!
How soon will I be plunging?
+Below the “Add to Cart” button, you will see the estimated ship dates for the specific product you choose.“In Stock” will ship within 8 business days.This delivery time applies to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks. International orders vary - please contact sales for more information.
